All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

If the expedited shipping (3-7working days) is not showing after inputing your address, please message us on Whatsapp on +351966066659 with your order number and proof of payment and we will arrive for your parcel to be picked up by Dhl or UPS.

Any additional fee will be calculated by Dhl or UPS

We currently ship WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to pay customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping fees.
